Volunteer clearances

Three steps

  1. Complete Virtus training online through the Diocese. Virtus ↗
  2. Get fingerprinted using the school's directions. Directions (PDF) ↗
  3. Return the disclosure form to the front office. Form (PDF) ↗

Good to know

Clearances take time, so start early if you hope to chaperone, help in classrooms or work events with students.

The school confirms which roles need which clearances. Questions go to the front office at frontoffice@ckrs.org.
